Park rules

The short version of the rules in every Big Creek lease. Your signed lease is the full agreement.

1. RentDue on the 1st. A $50 late fee applies if rent is not received by the 3rd. Pay online at bigcreekrv.us/pay or by mailed money order. No cash.
2. Quiet hours10 PM to 7 AM. No loud music, parties or disruptive behavior.
3. Your siteUp to two vehicles per site. Keep everything inside your site and keep it clean and orderly.
4. PetsUp to two pets per site. Leashed outside your RV and never left unattended. Clean up after them. Aggressive breeds are not allowed. Service and support animals are welcome as required by the Fair Housing Act.
5. Fire safetyUse only designated fire pits and grills, and follow all fire bans.
6. GarbageUse the designated areas only.
7. Bathhouse and laundryOpen 24/7. Lock the deadbolt, clean up after yourself, and leave the paper products for everyone.
8. PlaygroundFor residents and guests. Children under 12 need an adult. Use at your own risk.
9. VisitorsRegister visitors with the park (name, vehicle, length of stay). You are responsible for your guests.
10. NoticesMonth-to-month: either side may end the tenancy with 30 days' written notice.
